We have recently added a new feature to redemptionplus.com that allows you to quickly and easily override the ticket value of a specific item.

The original displayed value reflects your custom markup, but sometimes our customers feel a particular product has a different perceived value.

Click edit

Enter the new ticket value

Click save

If you have a list of several items you need to change the value for, here's another easy way:

Click modify your information

Click currency exchange rate

Click create

In the first box, enter the SKU

In the last box, enter the new ticket value

Click submit

Repeat the steps for your additional items

This new ticket value remains until you choose to change it back.
